2024 Little Foot Running Club

What: New and emerging runners will learn the fundamentals of proper running form, proper stretching, and proper nutrition. Each evening, your child will do the following:

  1. Listen to speakers discuss the topics above
  2. Prepare for the track meet that will be held on July 31st
  3. Play a game or two that involves running

The Coldwater Cross Country and Track and Field Programs are looking forward to this opportunity in working with your child.

Who can sign up: Those entering 6th grade and below. Runners will be tiered by age. Age groups are as followed for signing up:

  • 6 and under (Runners 6 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult.)
  • 7 to 9 years of age
  • 10 and older

If you feel that your child will need a different placement (ability, health concerns, etc), adjustments can be made during camp.

Camp Dates: July 29th - July 31st

Time and Place: 6-7:30 p.m. at Coldwater Stadium

What to Bring: Water Bottle with name written on it

Cost: To participate in the camp, the cost will be $20 per participant. The cost will cover your child’s shirt and the prizes given out throughout the week.

Wrestling Camp

Coldwater Cavalier Spring-Summer Wrestling Camp Series

Coldwater High School - The Palace

What: The wrestling program will be hosting 3 separate wrestling camps with Division 1 collegiate wrestlers.

Who: Open to wrestlers currently in grades 2-11.

Schedule: Morning session will be for wrestlers currently in grades 2-5 and will go from 10:00 - 12:00.  Afternoon session will be for wrestlers currently in grades 6-11 and will go from 1:00 - 3:00.

Cost: $20 per individual camp or sign up for all three camps and the cost is $50 total.
(You are allowed to sign up for 1, 2, or all 3 camps)
*Any wrestler that signs up for all 3 camps will receive a wrestling camp series t-shirt.*

Learning the Cavalier Way with FUN!!

Dates: Monday thru Friday, July 22-26

Location: High School Practice Fields

Open to: Young men who will be in grades 6, 7, and 8 next year

Time: 12:00pm to 2:00pm. Exception will be Friday the 26th. 8 to 9:30.

Cost: $40.00, which includes a t-shirt

The camp will again be supervised by the Coldwater varsity and junior high coaches as well as the varsity football players. Instructions will cover the basics in football fundamentals, learning the Cavalier Way, and having FUN with upperclassmen, your teammates and friends!

Cheer Spa Day Saturday, May 18th, 12p.m.- 3p.m. For Girls in Grades K-4

Each child must have an adult with them at all times. You may come anywhere between 12-3, but make sure you give yourself enough time to go through each station. No child should be dropped off and picked up later.

The day of the event they will sign in before entering the gym.

Each child will be given a punch card to use at each station. Every time they complete a station their card will be punched and they will move onto whatever station they like. There is no order, they can choose whichever station in whatever order to avoid long lines.

  • Makeup – We will only be using blush, eyeshadow, and lip gloss, All with disposable applicators for each child.
  • Nails – Each child will be able to pick from a variety of colors, we recommend this be your last station so you can give them time to dry.
  • Hair – No heat! We will have girls that can braid your child’s hair or do a typical hair style.
  • Craft – There will be cheerleaders assisting your child to make their own bracelet. Please be advised, these are made out of small beads.
  • Games – The cheerleaders will have two games for each to play.
  • Photos – You will be able to take photos with a few of our cheerleaders. All photos will be posted on our Facebook page at the end of the day.
  • Bake Sale – There will be baked goods for purchase at the event. While supplies last.
  • There will be popcorn and drinks for purchase as well

DATE: May 28 - 30

LOCATION: Coldwater High School in the Palace

OPEN TO: Boys entering grades 3,4, 5, 6,7,8 for the 2024-2025 school year.

TIME: 9:00-10:30 - 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade campers only

10:30-12:00 - 6th, 7th, and 8th grade campers only

COST: $35.00

CAMP FEATURES: The Coldwater Basketball Staff will once again supervise this camp. During the sessions, each camper will be taught fundamentals of the game, the importance of teamwork and sportsmanship. Each camper will be expected to conduct himself in a manner that all campers may receive the greatest benefits from the camp. Infractions of any rules, which will be explained to the campers on the first day, could lead to the dismissal from the camp with no refund.

CLOTHING: Each camper should have a good pair of tennis shoes.

PAYMENT: Payment in full ($35.00) by May 3.
